Pickup from Innovaate Oy's warehouse is free of charge. The costs of other delivery methods will be added to the total amount of the order. The current delivery fee will appear in the service before the order is placed.
Terms of delivery
Delivery time is 2-4 working days. If the ordered product has exceptionally run out of stock, customer will be notified immediately. Innovaate Oy has the right to cancel the order if necessary.
The delivery methods in buster.waterfront.fi online store are:
- Free pick-up from Innovaate Oy's warehouse
- Postal package 6.90 euros
- Delivery to Parcel Locker 6.90 euros
- Packages weighing more than 35 kg will be delivered by freight costing 50 euros
Postal items can be picked up within 7 days of arrival notification. Please bring your ID when picking up the package.
When delivered to Åland, the prices of e-commerce products include VAT.
Free stock pick-up 0 euros
The pick-up spot is open on Tuesdays from 10am to 12am. If you want to pick up your product at other times, please contact us. Packages are redeemed from stock against the order confirmation. When picking up the package, please bring an identity card as a verification. Another person can pick up the package on your behalf with a free-form letter of attorney.
Parcel Locker 6.90 euros (orders over 60 euros free of charge to Finland)
You can choose your order to be shipped to a Parcel Locker whenever your package measures are less than 59 x 60 x 36 cm and total weight less than 35 kg. Using this method you will receive a locker unlock code via SMS allowing you to retrieve the package. Package will be stored in the locker for 7 days from its arrival. Select "Retrieve package" from the locker unit's user interface. Enter the code you received in the text message. The locker unit display then tells you which locker your package is in. Press the "Open locker" key and the locker door will open.
Postal package 6.90 euros (orders over 60 euros free of charge to Finland)
You can choose a postal package as the delivery method. The item will be delivered to the nearest Posti collection point where you can pick up the package against an identity card or letter of attorney. When the package is retrievable, Posti will send a text message to the phone number you provided. The package will be stored at the Post office for 7 days from its arrival. The maximum weight of a postal package is 35 kg.
Freight 50 euros
Very large volume or extra heavy products will be delivered to a home or office address you provide.
