1. Parties to the Agreement
This agreement constitutes the terms and conditions for the use of the buster.waterfront.fi online service (Service) maintained by Innovaate Oy (Service Provider). By using the Service, purchasing products from the Service or registering for the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and agree to be bound by those terms.

2. License
The service is intended for private consumers living in Finland. Companies can also use the Service. The right of return under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to corporate customers. All rights to the content of the Service belong to the Service Provider or a third party.
All trademarks, trademarks, logos, texts, images and software on this site are the property of Innovaate Oy or its subsidiaries, unless otherwise stated, and are subject to international intellectual property laws.
All use of trademarks, logos, text, images and software is prohibited unless permitted by the foregoing.
The Service may contain links to third party sites. However, such linking is used only for usability, and Innovaate Oy is not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy of such sites.
3. Registration
The user can register as a user of the Service using the registration form. The user is authenticated by the user's e-mail address and the password created by the system. The user can also order products without registering. By ordering products, the User confirms that he has read these terms, accepts them and undertakes to comply with them. There is no fee for registration.
4. Responsibilities and obligations of the user
The user is responsible for all orders placed with his username and password. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his username and password.
5. Collection and use of personal information
The service provider is responsible for the processing of the information provided by the user in accordance with the European Union Data Protection Act. Please read our privacy statement for more information.
6. Ordering
When ordering from the Service, a binding sales agreement is created when the Service Provider sends the User an order confirmation confirming the availability and delivery time of the product. The service provider reserves the right not to accept the order.
7. Product prices
The price of the product is the price displayed on the Service page in connection with the product information at the time of ordering. Delivery costs are added to the price. Payment is per order unless otherwise stated. We deliver all orders over 60 euros free of charge to Finland. For other orders, the delivery fee in Finland is € 6.90 / order. For some products, shipping may be cheaper. The current delivery fee will appear on the Service before the order is placed. In the service, prices and transport costs are notified to the User in euros (EUR). When selling and transporting products to EU countries, the prices quoted include VAT in accordance with Finnish legislation. When selling and transporting products outside the EU, the recipient of the product is responsible for local taxes, customs duties and other comparable costs.
8. Delivery
The service provider delivers the sold products to the User concluded with a third party on the basis of the contract of carriage. Shipping costs will be added to the order price. The shipping costs for each order appear in the Shopping Cart section of the Service. Product delivery times vary from product to product. Delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination of the shipment. The valid delivery methods appear in the Service at any given time. The service provider is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delayed delivery. The service provider reserves the right to deliver the ordered products in different shipments. The service provider is responsible for the loss or breakage of the product during transport.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
The consumer has the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel his order by notifying the Service Provider within thirty (30) days of receiving the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been modified in accordance with the Consumer's wishes.
The condition of the refund is that
1) the order has been canceled in accordance with the terms of sale by notifying Innovaate Oy no later than within 30 days of receipt of the product,
2) the product is unused,
3) the product is in the condition in which it was received by the buyer and all the moon on the product
the authorized parts are stored and
4) the product is packed in its original packaging or in an equivalent manner.
The product must be returned immediately after the order is canceled.
10. Payment methods
Payment in our online store is secure. You can choose the payment method that suits you best from the options below.

We offer online payment buttons for all domestic banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki. Online banking payments are processed through our trusted partner Paytrail. Paytrail is displayed as the payee, and Innovaate Oy is mentioned in the payment message field.
You can make card payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard, Diners Club and JCB. Card payments are processed through our trusted partner Paytrail.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

11. Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Service at any time. The Service Provider may also change the terms of this agreement by notifying the User through the Service. The user accepts the changes made using the service. These terms of use were last updated on November 19, 2019.
12. Settlement of Disputes
All disputes concerning this agreement that cannot be settled through negotiations shall be settled in the Turku District Court in accordance with Finnish law.
